Is this a HubSpot app or a separate system?
A native HubSpot application. It installs into your own portal, uses HubSpot objects and permissions, and sits alongside your existing records. There's no second login and no separate database to reconcile.
Why not just build this with HubSpot custom objects?
You can, and for a simple asset list it may be enough. Custom objects don't give you availability logic, expiring holds, clash detection, fixture-level calendars or a partner portal. That's the part clubs end up rebuilding badly.
What happens to our current spreadsheet?
It becomes the input to implementation. We map your existing structure, from assets and units to categories and rate cards, rather than asking your team to invent a new taxonomy.
How long until the team is using it?
Weeks rather than quarters. Install and provisioning is same-day. The work is loading inventory accurately and training sellers on holds.
Do sponsors have to log in to anything?
Only if you want them to. The partner portal is optional and branded to your club, and delivery evidence can equally be sent as a report.
How do deposits and balances work?
Each quote carries its own schedule: deposit, balance and any extras, with due dates. Signing the quote confirms the space and creates the booking reference, and every payment your finance team records updates the booking and the customer's own portal view.
